Learn to make an Origami Geode cake with Rice Paper Sails
This new class for 22' is a mirror of the popular Champagne blush cake class. It features a variety of techniques including making and baking your own Chiffon cake layers, finishing them, and an overlay of a White Chocolate Ganache. It goes one step farther, adorning and splicing your cake with Crystal Rock Sugar decor, in addition to decorating your cake with Rice Paper Sails.
Several techniques are encompassed in one workshop, teaching advanced cake decorating skills that you can learn and replicate, giving you solid skill sets, building your knowledge base, and creativity in the kitchen.
