Be transported to the streets of Napoli as you learn how to master the art of Pizza & Focaccia making! In this fun and interactive in person class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making pizza from scratch. Chef Michael will guide you step-by-step in replicating how to make a quick rising pizza dough, properly knead your dough correctly, and how to most importantly achieve the perfect crust. Next, you will learn how to make the perfect marinara sauce to use as the base for your pizza before adding the toppings you'll prepare together in class. Next making a Focaccia bread, with a crisp chewy crust, airy soft center, and amazing garlic rosemary topping with black olives, fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes. this class features a special bonus, leaning how to make elegant grissini (thin breadsticks).
