This is a really exciting addition to Codex's lineup, you will learn how to handcraft your own finger sandwiches, a variety of scones, and miniature pastries, including tarts, cakes and French Macarons. the class is comprehensive , immersive, and entirely educational also learning how to make a genuine fresh lemon curd and a Salted caramel spreads, there will be Jams, double cream and a variety of teas served.
